The vice deanship shall deal with all aspects of the training process, study the training needs, plan, implement and evaluate the training programs, hold seminars and forums for the university's employees and students, and work on developing them in line with the Deanship's plan and objectives in line with the University's objectives and mission.

Faculty members unit

Identifying training needs of the faculty members, developing the annual plan for the training programs, preparing the training packages and carrying out the studies, and implementing the training programs for the faculty members, including the professional certificate program, the new faculty members program, the lecturers' program, and the peer consultation program, teaching and learning, self-development, teaching techniques and scientific research.

Unit of leaders and administrators

Identifying the training needs of the leaders and administrators, preparing the annual plan for the training programs, preparing training packages and conducting the studies, participating in the implementation of the training programs for the academic and administrative leaders and the young leaders, as well as the specialized training courses for the secretariat, the academic secretariat, the technicians and the university staff, And providing training programs for self-development and human development.

Students unit

Identifying the training needs of the students, developing the annual plan for the training programs, preparing the training packages and carrying out the studies, and implementing the training programs for the university male and female students, graduate students and new students, and providing programs that will prepare the graduates and self-development.

Coordination and Implementation Unit

Making all necessary arrangements for holding training programs and workshops, preparing training packages, supervising training halls, communicating with trainees and following up the training process before, during and after implementation.

Registration and certificates unit

Conducting the registration, advertising and issuing certification of trainees and archiving them with special databases.

Unit of online training and information technology

This unit works on developing online training plans, following-up developments in this area of programs and trainers, coordinating with the University's e-portal administration, participating in the available services and benefiting from it, providing the appropriate environment for the integration of Information and Communication Technology  (ICT) in the Deanship's training process, developing and providing electronic training systems, interactive courses, And linking them to training, working on the design of applications and new technologies that support the process of electronic training in the Deanship  in terms of quantity and quality, overseeing  and developing the website, introducing of courses and advertising on the website, supervising of the laboratories of the deanship and developing them periodically, and following-up of trainers and technical programs in the Deanship.

Unit of Skills Development in faculties

The unit acts as a link between the Deanship and the faculties of the university through the supervisors of the units in the faculties, meeting with them, receiving their feedback and taking this into consideration during the planning of the training programs.

The vice deanship for Development and Studies

The vice deanship is responsible for supervising the administrative and financial operations, following up the preparation of the draft plan and budget of the Deanship, reviewing the reports, carrying out the scientific studies focused on the programs, supervising the administrative staff of the Deanship, ensuring the implementation of quality standards and linking the Deanship with the vice deanship of Development and Quality. The strategy aims to achieve the objectives of the Deanship and its vision and to suit the objectives and vision of the university.

Management director

Responsible for Overall supervision of financial and administrative procedures and the disbursement of dues of trainers, researchers and participants, and providing the requirements of the Deanship and requests for related administrative devices and equipment.

Finance Unit

Supervising the financial aspects and carrying out all related works of salaries, bonuses, advances and repayment of advance, preparing, auditing, reviewing and disbursing according to the rules and regulations.

Administrative Affairs Unit

Supervision of employees and related attendance and leave, attendance rate and file keeping.

Planning unit

Participating in the development of the strategic plan of the Deanship and the activities and mechanisms that achieve that plan, as well as participating in the development of training plans and development projects of the Deanship.

Quality unit

Promoting a culture of quality and applying its standards and following up the accompanying activities, establishing and maintaining a documented quality system, conducting internal audits, monitoring the training process and following-up the necessary corrective and preventive actions.

Researches and studies unit

Conducting and publishing scientific studies and researches, issuing brochures, periodicals, pamphlets and guides for Promoting Cognitive awareness in the field of skills development, and participating in the preparation of semi-annual and annual reports of the Deanship.
